That was a period when the country was undergoing radical changes:
Moldova proclaimed its independence, the society was in process
of democratization and transition to the market economy.
The research experience and practice of ISIS "OPINIA",
acquired within the course of time, implication and permanent
solicitation of the Service by the national decision-making bodies,
different international organizations, non-governmental organizations
and institutions, mass-media, local and international commercial
companies and societies when implementing different study projects
on the general situation and reform process in the country, evolution
of social changes and processes, and other urgent issues of Moldova,
developed a notorious image of "OPINIA" both in the
country and abroad, thus becoming the leader of sociological and
marketing researches in the Republic of Moldova.
The ISIS "OPINIA" has enough human and material resources
to tackle a vast and various range of subjects for qualitative
and quantitative sociologic investigations on different domains
of social, political, economic, cultural and spiritual life in
Moldova.
The full time employees (12 persons), in large majority are specialists
with a rich experience in the interdisciplinary research domain,
know very well the reality of social life in Moldova. At the same
time, OPINIA has a group of consultants and experts on different
domains and branches of social science and national economy. For
a quick and qualitative collection of sociological or other type
of information within the frame of the whole Republic, ISIS "Opinia"
has a permanent national research network of over 100 interviewing
operators, well trained and prepared to interview all categories
of population, ethnic groups inclusively.
ISIS "Opinia" is opened for fruitful and mutual cooperation
with any institution interested to better know the reality of
social life in the Republic of Moldova.
